The Right to Choose

This right is legally protected under the Magnusson-Moss Act, which makes it unlawful for any printer OEM, technician, or service professional to void a printer warranty if aftermarket consumables are used. All printer cartridges are IP cleared and all end users are indemnified against OEM litigation.

2-Year Toner Product Limited Warranty

This product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from date of purchase when stored, installed and used under normal conditions. If the product fails during the warranty period, the product will be replaced, or credit issued at the option of the buyer in accordance with the manufacturer's Returned Material Policy. This product is warranted not to damage the print head or a printing mechanism or component when stored, installed and used in accordance with the recommended procedures of the product manufacturer or the equipment manufacturer's recommended procedures. In the event of any damage to a printing mechanism or component caused solely and directly by the use of this product, the manufacturer will pay the reasonable cost of service and repair, provided the buyer: (1) Notifies us of such damage in writing within thirty days and (2) delivers a written service report, signed by authorized technical service personnel, identifying the supply product as the sole and direct cause of such damage, along with print samples and damaged or replaced parts. The manufacturer of this product accepts no responsibility for damage to the equipment printing components due to lack of routine and proper service, maintenance or cleaning of the equipment, including the replacement of equipment components at the end of their rated lives, as recommended by the equipment manufacturer.

THE ABOVE WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY AND SETS FORTH BUYER'S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH WARRANTIES. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR COLLATERAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA OR LOSS OF USE, ARISING OUT OF, OR CONNECTED IN ANY WAY WITH, THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY GOODS SOLD PURSUANT HERETO. SOME STATES OR PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE OR PROVINCE TO PROVINCE.

Returns

All requests for a return for any reason require a Quality Imaging Solutions RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). To request an RMA, please contact CustomerService@qualityimagingsolutions.com and provide a detailed explanation for the reason for the return as well as the original order date and/or invoice date so your original order can be located and referenced.

Return-to-Stock requests will be approved on all compatible product orders for up to one year from the original purchase date. Customers are responsible for using and paying for their own shipper to return the approved Return-to-Stock RMA, including a copy of the RMA Authorization Letter inside the shipping package containing the RMA items, and adding proper insurance against damage in shipping by their selected carrier. All Return-to-Stock items MUST be in their original packaging and completely in unopened/unused condition. No Return-to-Stock items that have been opened will be approved for return. All Return-to-Stock RMAs are required to be packaged properly and securely in an adequate shipping box to prevent damage in transit. Any Return-to-Stock RMAs received damaged will not be credited. Once the Return-to-Stock RMA is received and checked in a credit for the original purchase amount of the Return-to-Stock RMA items will post to the customer’s account, less any shipping billed on the original invoice. No cash refunds are given. Return-to-Stock RMA requests for Genuine OEM brand supplies will be accepted up to 30 days from the original purchase date only.

Return-Replacement requests for suspected defective items will be approved on all compatible product orders for up to two years from the original purchase date. Quality Imaging Solutions will provide the customer with a pre-paid RMA return shipping label to be used to ship back the suspected defective item. QIS will also automatically ship to the customer and advanced-replacement to replace the suspected defective item, one for one, at no charge to the customer. Once the RMA is received and checked in, it will be sent to our Quality Control Center for testing to document the suspected failure. Customers have thirty days to return the RMA package with the suspected defective item, or their account may be billed for the advanced-replacement item. Return-Replacement RMA requests for Genuine OEM brand supplies will be accepted up to 30 days from the original purchase date only. After this period has passed, contact QIS Customer Service to receive instructions on how to request a replacement on a defective Genuine OEM brand supply.
